These terms govern your use of the playwith.love website and waitlist. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

Website use
You may use this site for personal, lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit harmful code, misuse the waitlist, or use our content in a way that violates applicable law.
Waitlist
Joining a waitlist is free. It does not create an order, charge you, reserve inventory, guarantee availability, or promise a launch date. You agree that we may email you launch and ordering updates for the edition you select. You may unsubscribe or ask us to remove your information at any time.
Pricing and future purchases
The currently expected launch price is $9.89 USD per deck. Until sales open, prices, shipping availability, taxes, product specifications, and launch timing may change. Final details and any purchase-specific terms will be shown before you submit payment.
Product use
Our games are intended for adults ages 18 and up. Participation in any prompt or dare is voluntary. Players should respect consent, personal boundaries, local rules, venue policies, and their own safety. Anyone may pass on any card.
Intellectual property
The site, game names, copy, artwork, logos, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to playwith.love. These terms do not grant permission to reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from them.
Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, playwith.love disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or participation in game activities.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site and products develop. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
